Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas according to hotel standards and procedures.

Replenish guest supplies and promptly respond to guest requests.

Report any room damage, malfunction, or unusual behavior to the Supervisor.

Maintain housekeeping equipment in proper condition.
-
Prepare accurate room status reports and daily productivity updates.
-
Report lost and found items immediately to the housekeeping office.

Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Supervisor when required.

Ensure compliance with the hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Follow grooming standards and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Assist with valet services such as linen delivery and laundry orders.

Attend daily briefings, meetings, and mandatory training sessions.

Adhere to SOPs, fire evacuation procedures, and first aid protocols.

Provide excellent service to all guests, with special attention to VIPs.
Skills & Qualifications:

Secondary education or equivalent.

Strong organizational and housekeeping skills.

Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.

Ability to engage with guests politely and professionally.

Attention to detail with a proactive approach to tasks.

Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering service excellence.
