Urban Ridge Supplies, in collaboration with Jetex, a global leader in executive aviation, is seeking an F&B Attendant for their Dubai operations. Jetex operates a network of over 35 locations worldwide, providing private terminals (FBOs), aircraft fueling, ground handling, and global trip planning. The F&B Attendant will join the DWC Hospitality department, delivering luxury hospitality services to guests, ensuring high standards of food, beverage, and customer care, and supporting bespoke experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in the terminal.

• Check daily flight schedules and make necessary arrangements.

• Assist guests, colleagues, and visitors at the Bell desk/Reception.

• Respond to guest requests and queries efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain service standards as specified by the Supervisor/Manager.

• Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage offerings.

• Perform cleaning, setup, display, and general service tasks.

• Monitor and maintain food, beverage, and miscellaneous supply stocks; notify management of low stocks.

• Keep workstations clean and organized during service.

• Report comments, complaints, or incidents to the supervisor.

• Support team members during busy periods and cover breaks.

• Complete any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Compliance & Safety:

• Adhere to organizational procedures and maintain documentation as required.

• Exercise duty of care and comply with health, safety, and hygiene policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or official certification.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or F&B customer-facing roles.

• Fluent in English.

• Intermediate IT skills (MS Office and database management).

• Knowledge of pantry operations, food and beverage hygiene, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
