The company is seeking a full-time On-Site Immigration Consultant in Dubai to provide professional consultation services and guide clients through the complex U.S. immigration process. The role involves client assessments, handling visa applications, staying updated on immigration law changes, and delivering comprehensive immigration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ immigration needs.

• Provide expert guidance on U.S. visa categories, including EB-3, H-1B, Visit, and Treaty Investor visas.

• Assist clients with visa applications and documentation processes.

• Stay informed about updates in U.S. immigration laws and policies.

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver effective immigration solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and visa procedures.

• Experience managing visa applications and immigration processes.

• Strong consulting, communication, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in immigration consulting is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
