Job Title: BIM Coordinator / BIM Specialist 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator / BIM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM processes, workflows, and standards (ISO 19650), along with hands-on expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software tools.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient BIM implementation, supporting project teams, and driving digital collaboration across multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop BIM Execution Plans and project-specific training documentation

• Manage and maintain project data in compliance with ISO 19650 and relevant standards

• Use BIM authoring tools (Revit, Navisworks) to provide technical support and mentoring to project teams

• Manage and update content libraries, developing new content as needed

• Monitor, update, and communicate changes to BIM procedures and standards across teams

• Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets, workflows, and setup

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and cross-disciplinary support

• Set up linked models and coordinate multi-discipline models for clash detection and resolution

• Perform daily model administration, quality control, and updates to maintain model accuracy

• Implement government and industry BIM standards during the virtual design and construction phases

• Safeguard sensitive and confidential project data with integrity and care

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field)

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other mainstream BIM tools

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and other BIM standards

• Experience with BIM workflows, model setup, coordination, and clash detection

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills

• Prior BIM implementation experience on large-scale projects preferred

• Fluency in English; ability to work effectively in multicultural environments

• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently
