Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to become a vital part of our Aftersales team. This role is all about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth workshop operations, accurate estimates, and timely vehicle delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and record their service requests with accuracy

• Collect and document detailed symptoms of customer complaints

• Provide clear explanations of required work and transparent cost estimates

• Coordinate with the workshop team and obtain approvals for additional repairs

• Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles while reviewing invoices with customers

• Promote value-added services and support revenue growth targets

• Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure a seamless ownership experience

• Conduct follow-ups post-service to confirm customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor/Consultant in a reputable automotive dealership

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and dealer management systems (DMS)

• Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to explain technical details clearly to customers
