Job Title: Automotive Technician 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy commercial vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are serviced to the highest standards, problems are fixed right the first time, and operations run smoothly both in the workshop and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing, inspections, and operational checks for smooth performance

• Replace components such as brake pads, belts, bellows, and pulleys

• Diagnose faults and identify root causes during workshop and on-site jobs

• Accurately explain repair details and work performed to the Foreman or Service Advisor

• Follow service manuals and checklists to complete tasks efficiently and safely

• Utilize proper tools and best practices to maximize productivity and reduce rework

• Read, understand, and implement instructions from workshop manuals and service documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic/technical education or apprenticeship in Automotive/Mechanical field

• Trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

• 4–5 years of proven experience servicing and repairing heavy commercial vehicles

• Strong technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling vehicle components independently

• UAE driving license (preferred)

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage)

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
