Huda Beauty, one of the world’s fastest-growing beauty brands, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Production Manager to join their in-house Production team in Dubai. This role involves managing commercial video/photo campaigns, beauty photoshoots, and social content across traditional and digital platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with multiple stakeholders, and ensures seamless execution of all production projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-production planning: scheduling shoots, booking talent, securing locations, applying for permits, managing call sheets.

• Oversee on-set logistics: equipment setup, crew coordination, and workflow management.

• Maintain budgets, cost tracking, and vendor/freelancer payments, including petty cash and credit reconciliations.

• Keep accurate production records, including release forms, POs, and new vendor documentation.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with supply chain teams.

• Liaise with freelancers, agencies, models, and glam teams; ensure proper documentation for vendor setup.

• Coordinate internal production teams (videographers, editors, motion graphic designers).

• Serve as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and manage expectations.

• Identify and resolve potential production challenges.

• Collaborate with post-production team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of production management experience, preferably in-house or agency.

• Proficiency in production tools, project management software, and video equipment.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Creative vision with attention to detail.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or related field preferred.
