Home Bakery is looking for F&B Service Experts to join their hospitality team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is key to creating a positive dining experience, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, at least 2 years’ UAE hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Provide menu recommendations and upsell special items.

• Serve food and drinks according to company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including waiter stations.

• Handle payments, issue receipts, and return change promptly.

• Collaborate with kitchen, barista, and trainee staff for smooth operations.

• Address customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

• Clear tables and ensure cleanliness of dining and service areas.

• Follow health, safety, and grooming standards at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or restaurant service in the UAE.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with attention to detail.

• Commitment to following SOPs and service guidelines.
