Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is seeking an experienced Classroom Coach to join their team in August 2025. This role involves supporting teachers in delivering a high-quality educational experience, assisting in classroom management, student supervision, and lesson preparation. Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with the day-to-day running of the school.

• Assist in lesson preparation, including organizing resources and setting up equipment.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

• Professionally communicate with parents when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle pressure during peak times.
