Iris Executives, a leading Executive Search firm in the GCC since 2010, is expanding its network of Freelance Business Development & Recruitment Managers. This remote, part-time role is perfect for experienced professionals in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development. No prior recruitment experience is required — full training, tools, and mentorship are provided. Earnings are commission-based, with payments made upon client approval and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new business opportunities with regional companies.

Manage client relationships from initial contact to project completion.

Coordinate candidate sourcing and shortlisting (training and tools provided).

Work independently, ideally 3–4 weekday hours (mornings preferred).
Skills & Qualifications:

Background in sales, business development, or client acquisition (e.g., real estate, medical sales, cold calling).

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
