ManpowerGroup Middle East is recruiting a qualified Physiotherapist or Clinical/Child Psychologist for a newly established outpatient center specializing in Paediatric Neurological Developmental Disorders (NDD) such as ASD, ADHD, and learning disorders. The role involves conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based therapies, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting families in managing emotional and behavioral challenges. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about shaping the future of pediatric developmental care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, developmental evaluations, and diagnostic interviews for children with suspected or confirmed NDDs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, play therapy, behavioral interventions).

• Provide individual and family therapy focused on emotional regulation, behavioral issues, and social skills.

• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and educators to ensure holistic care.

• Offer parent counseling and guidance for managing home and school challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and care planning.

• Contribute to program improvements and service development.

• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development and internal knowledge sharing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical or Child Psychology, Physiotherapy, or related field.

• Certification from a recognized regulatory body.

• DHA license or eligibility.

• 5–10 years’ pediatric clinical experience, preferably in developmental/neurological disorders.

• Proficiency with tools such as ADOS, Vineland, WISC (advantage).

• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.

• Experience working in multicultural, interdisciplinary teams.

• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages an asset.
