Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a L’ÉCOLE B2B & Privatization Supervisor to join its Middle East team in Dubai. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, creating bespoke privatization experiences, and coordinating cultural, educational, and corporate collaborations for L’ÉCOLE – School of Jewelry Arts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Middle East cultural and corporate landscape, event management expertise, and strong commercial awareness to deliver unique, high-quality experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate partnerships with cultural, educational, and corporate collaborators.

• Design and manage bespoke privatization experiences from concept to execution.

• Coordinate events, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.

• Oversee contracts, budgets, and performance metrics for all initiatives.

• Work closely with internal teams to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.

• Explore new business opportunities to expand L’ÉCOLE’s reach and impact.
