Job Title: Junior Accountant 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with an internationally recognized group specializing in paints and coating products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices, customer payments, and receipts in the accounting system

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for bank statements, petty cash, and credit card transactions

• Post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions

• Assist in preparing VAT returns and management reports

• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, IFRS, and tax regulations

Qualifications:

• Open to female Filipino candidates

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in a corporate environment

• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and UAE VAT regulations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Salary: Up to AED 5,000 (all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications)
