Bridgestone EMEA is seeking a Training Manager to design, manage, and deliver impactful training programs across the Middle East, Africa, and CIS regions. This role involves developing distributor and internal training programs in sales, leadership, and soft skills, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision. The Training Manager will be a key driver in transforming knowledge-sharing methods, enhancing performance, and engaging multicultural audiences across diverse markets.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Program Management

Design, lead, and implement distributor training programs across MEA and CIS regions.

Partner with HR to support internal Learning & Development initiatives.

Align training strategies with business goals and commercial outcomes.

Drive the digital transformation of training tools and formats.
-
Establish training standards in line with global best practices.
Training Delivery & Facilitation

Deliver targeted sales, product, and leadership training to partners.

Facilitate sessions on management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Innovate training delivery methods to engage diverse audiences.

Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

Measure training effectiveness using feedback, data, and KPIs.

Continuously update training programs to meet evolving needs.

Report learning outcomes to leadership and partners.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the main contact for distributor training communications.

Share updated training content, tools, and requirements with partners.

Collaborate with regional leadership to set learning priorities.
Systems Management

Oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS) for internal and external audiences.

Support eLearning platform rollouts and ensure optimal user experience.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field.

Certification in Instructional Design, Coaching, or Leadership Development (advantage).

10+ years in automotive training, preferably in sales/aftersales.

Proven experience managing large-scale training in multicultural environments.

Familiarity with MEA region’s cultural and business practices.

Proficiency in LMS, eLearning platforms, and MS Office.

Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory); French or Russian is an advantage.
