Job Title: Digital Printing & Graphic Production Assistant 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Printing & Graphic Production Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates from the Philippines who are eager to gain hands-on experience in large format printing and graphic design production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW, as well as basic knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment. You will assist in managing day-to-day printing operations, from prepress preparation to finishing, ensuring each project meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare print-ready designs using Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PSD), and CorelDRAW (CDR)

• Operate digital printing machines for high-quality output

• Perform vinyl/paper plotter cutting and finishing work

• Assist in daily printing unit operations and workflow management

• Maintain accuracy in colour management and print calibration

• Operate and assist with large format printers such as Roland, Mimaki, or HP Latex (training provided if necessary)

• Conduct basic maintenance on printing equipment

• Ensure smooth prepress and printing processes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

• Basic understanding of colour management and print calibration

• Knowledge of large format printing equipment (Roland, Mimaki, HP Latex is a plus)

• Basic equipment maintenance skills

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality work

• Male applicants from the Philippines, aged 21–25 years
