Marriott International is hiring a Telephone Operator to join the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team at the Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Dubai. In this role, you will handle guest calls, process requests, and provide information to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will be responsible for managing communication professionally while upholding Marriott’s service and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.

• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and service arrangements.

• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Process operational tasks, complete reports, and ensure confidentiality of information.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• No prior work experience required (hospitality experience is an advantage).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle guest requests under pressure.

• Professional appearance and customer service-oriented mindset.

• Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 10 lbs).
