Job Title: Receptionist & Administrative Support
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist & Administrative Support professional to be the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service, manage front desk activities, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression

Assist clients in navigating the office and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms

Announce visitor arrivals as needed

Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges, and keeping accurate visitor logs

Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, note-taking, and travel arrangements

Prepare and set up meeting and training rooms in advance

Support the team with ad-hoc office duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role

Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent time management and organizational skills
