Job Title: Receptionist & Administrative Support 

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist & Administrative Support professional to be the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service, manage front desk activities, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression

  • Assist clients in navigating the office and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms

  • Announce visitor arrivals as needed

  • Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges, and keeping accurate visitor logs

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, note-taking, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and set up meeting and training rooms in advance

  • Support the team with ad-hoc office duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role

  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
