Mirakle Ventures FZE is seeking an experienced and licensed Boat Captain to manage and operate its vessel for commercial operations. The role requires strong navigational expertise, adherence to UAE maritime regulations, and leadership in overseeing crew and ensuring passenger safety. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, professional, and skilled in vessel management.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate the vessel in compliance with UAE maritime regulations.

• Conduct routine safety checks and maintain vessel readiness.

• Manage docking, anchoring, and voyage planning.

• Supervise crew and ensure passenger comfort and safety.

• Maintain accurate logs, voyage records, and operational documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE boat captain license or internationally recognized equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating commercial vessels.

• Strong knowledge of UAE waters and maritime laws.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and emergency management skills.
