Smart Education LLC is hiring a full-time Project & Operations Coordinator for its Technology Division. This role supports the execution of projects, coordination of resources, and smooth operational workflows across the Robotics & ICT Education Department and the Digital Content Development Department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at managing cross-functional teams, reporting, and administrative processes in an educational and technical environment.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task trackers.

Coordinate activities between internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.

Track milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues promptly.

Oversee resource allocation, workload tracking, and performance data.

Collaborate with the Technology Director on reports, policies, and workflows.

Organize onboarding/offboarding processes for staff and freelancers.

Manage financial tracking, procurement records, and licensing renewals.

Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and operational documentation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, educational technology management, or related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in EdTech, curriculum/content development, or technology operations.

Strong project coordination and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira).

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
-
Understanding of K–12 digital content production or educational publishing.

Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning authoring tools.

Knowledge of data analytics or process automation tools.

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
