First Click Delivery Services is hiring a full-time Bike Rider for an on-site role in Dubai. The position involves delivering packages promptly and safely to various destinations, planning delivery routes, and maintaining effective communication with dispatchers. The Bike Rider will ensure packages are handled with care, follow traffic and safety regulations, and keep the delivery bike in top condition through regular maintenance checks.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages to assigned locations on time and in good condition.

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS or mapping tools.

• Maintain communication with dispatchers during delivery shifts.

• Handle packages with care to prevent damage.

• Perform basic maintenance checks on the delivery bike.

• Follow all traffic and safety rules while riding.

Qualifications:

• Valid bike riding license and prior riding experience.

• Good knowledge of Dubai’s roads, neighborhoods, and routes.

• Proficiency with GPS devices or mapping applications.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Physical stamina to lift and carry packages.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
