We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ticketing & Travel Consultant to join our expanding Travel & Tourism business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing exceptional travel services to our valued clients.

As part of our team, you will handle hotel bookings, travel packages, and customer inquiries while ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel bookings, flight reservations, and travel package arrangements

• Provide travel advice, recommendations, and customized itineraries to clients

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Ensure accurate and timely booking confirmations

• Work towards sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the travel & tourism industry

• Proven expertise in hotel bookings and travel packages

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Must be on a spouse visa

• Preferred nationality: Sri Lankan or Indian
