The Free Spirit Collective, an integrative psychology and wellbeing center in City Walk, Dubai, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a hybrid role. The therapist will provide personalized rehabilitation services, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients’ mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Provide rehabilitation and therapy services in-person at City Walk and remotely as required.

• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to support progress.

• Maintain documentation and track therapy outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices.

• Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Pediatrics.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

• Licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.

• Experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
