Bloom Beyond Enabling is a rehabilitation and mental wellness center in Dubai that delivers patient-centric, family-supportive care through evidence-based therapies. They are seeking a full-time Behavioral Therapist to conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and provide therapy sessions for individuals and groups. The role involves collaboration with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using ABA principles.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to children and individuals.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to address behavioral and emotional challenges.

• Monitor, document, and report on patient progress.

• Provide guidance and support to families to reinforce therapy goals.

• Participate in team meetings to optimize patient care and therapy strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.

• Certification in ABA or relevant behavioral therapy.

• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral assessment techniques.

• Experience working with children in clinical or therapeutic settings.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Arabic and English.

• CDA License.

• Valid UAE driving license and ability to conduct outreach sessions.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical or therapy experience.
