Metropolitan Capital Real Estate, a leading luxury property firm in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a full-time Real Estate Recruiter fluent in a European language to join their dynamic international team. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate roles, including property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff, ensuring the company continues to attract top-tier talent and maintain its reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for real estate positions, managing the full hiring cycle.

• Source, screen, and assess candidates for professional skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job profiles.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates within the real estate sector.

• Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

• Uphold compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in real estate.

• Fluency in English and at least one European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• UAE residency or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Existing network of real estate professionals in the UAE or Europe.

• Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end property portfolios.
