Bloom Education, a pioneering education provider in the Middle East for over a decade, is seeking qualified and experienced Homeroom Teachers for its school in Dubai, starting August 2025. The role is a 1-year contract, offering an opportunity to be part of a diverse and innovative learning community. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Grade 1 classes, plan lessons, assess and monitor student progress.

• Provide guidance on educational issues and support student development.

• Challenge, inspire, and prepare students for examinations while promoting their wellbeing and safety.

• Collaborate with parents and staff to enhance student learning.

• Engage in professional development and contribute to curriculum enhancement.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Homeroom Teacher.

• Professionalism, commitment, integrity, and strong cross-cultural communication skills.

• Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible, patient, and resilient.

• Outgoing, positive, enthusiastic, with excellent spoken communication skills.

• Experience with American or British curricula is an advantage.
