Big Mamma Group, a French restaurant group known for Italian cuisine, is opening a new restaurant in Dubai and is seeking Head Waiters/Waitresses. This role involves leading a service section, mentoring staff, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, and promoting teamwork to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your section with energy and precision, ensuring guests have a flawless dining experience.

• Serve as the point of reference for guests and team members, anticipating needs and resolving challenges.

• Guide guests through the menu and wine list with knowledge and authenticity.

• Mentor and support waiters and runners, ensuring service timing and table presentation are optimal.

• Maintain smooth service flow and uphold restaurant standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in fine dining or similar high-standard restaurant environments is preferred.

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and mentoring skills.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Additional Information:

• Contract: On-site, full-time

• Monthly Salary: AED 8,000 plus guaranteed service charge & tips
