This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and partners, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, support administrative tasks, and maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, customers, and clients in a friendly and professional manner

Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence

Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings

Support administrative tasks and general office operations as required
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a customer service role (retail experience preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance with a positive attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
