GMG, a leading global well-being company, is seeking a Shelf Filler – Everyday Goods Food to ensure products are attractively displayed, well-stocked, and accessible to customers. The role is key in driving sales and enhancing the in-store customer experience by implementing effective merchandising strategies and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and customer satisfaction

Design and maintain attractive product displays in line with company guidelines

Arrange products logically and aesthetically on shelves and display areas

Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize wastage
-
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment

Conduct regular stock checks and report issues such as low inventory or overstock

Analyze sales data to identify trends and make merchandising recommendations

Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly

Utilize customer feedback to refine and enhance product displays

Track effectiveness of promotional activities and report outcomes

Execute in-store promotions, special events, and seasonal displays

Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company policies and health and safety standards
Skills & Qualifications:

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively with store management and team members

Basic understanding of merchandising principles and inventory management

Ability to analyze sales trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement

Physically capable of handling products and stocking shelves
