About the Role
As a Customer Support & Roadside Assistance Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing urgent assistance with their vehicles. Your role will involve swiftly assessing situations, coordinating service providers, and ensuring quick, safe, and efficient roadside support. You will uphold the highest standards of customer care while maintaining strong relationships with clients, service providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls from customers requiring roadside assistance.

  • Accurately assess the situation and coordinate appropriate services to resolve emergencies.

  • Offer troubleshooting guidance for minor vehicle issues over the phone.

  • Ensure compliance with client program specifications, agreements, and performance targets.

  • Maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, service providers, and dealers.

  • Share information and collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.

  • Uphold professionalism, empathy, and brand reputation in every customer interaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in customer service or automotive field preferred).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical or automotive OEM customer service, or 3 years in premium customer service with an interest in automotive topics.

  • Experience with luxury brands and CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
