Milele is hiring a world-class Personal Assistant to support a UHNWI CEO/Founder in managing private affairs, household operations, and luxury lifestyle priorities with absolute precision and discretion. This high-trust role requires exceptional organizational skills, seamless coordination with the CEO’s corporate Executive Assistant, and the ability to thrive in elite, multi-property, and international environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Household & Lifestyle Management: Lead household staff, oversee property maintenance, manage wardrobe, personal shopping, and vendor relationships.

Personal Travel & Events: Organize private aviation, yacht charters, luxury accommodations, visa arrangements, and VIP-level events.

Family & Personal Scheduling: Maintain integrated calendars, coordinate appointments, and liaise with schools, doctors, and clubs.

Errands & Elite Concierge: Arrange bespoke gifting, secure priority reservations, manage memberships and subscriptions.

Confidential Administration: Handle legal documents, private investments, insurance, and sensitive correspondence with total discretion.

Flexible availability, including after-hours and weekends.

Impeccable grooming, presentation, and service mindset.

Ability to manage shifting priorities calmly and efficiently.

Absolute confidentiality, supported by NDA and background check.
Qualifications:

5+ years as a Personal Assistant to a UHNWI, HNW family, or royal household.

Proven expertise in luxury lifestyle and complex household operations.

Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and residences.

Excellent English communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Preferred:

Familiarity with Dubai and GCC service networks.

Established luxury service provider relationships.

Crisis management skills for urgent changes.
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (tax-free)
