Whizz HR is seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join their Dubai office. This role involves managing all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and well-versed in UAE labor laws, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

Support performance management processes and employee development plans.

Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and maintain development records.

Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports.

Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labor laws.

Assist with payroll and administer employee benefits.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications like CIPD/SHRM preferred).

2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (HRIS).

Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
