Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations, ensure impeccable cleanliness, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will lead and train our housekeeping staff, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team’s daily activities

• Train team members on cleaning procedures, maintenance tasks, and safety standards

• Inspect rooms, public areas, and common spaces for cleanliness and tidiness

• Schedule staff shifts and arrange replacements when needed

• Establish, communicate, and enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Motivate team members and address workplace issues effectively

• Respond to guest complaints and fulfill special housekeeping requests

• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies (e.g., floor cleaner, bleach, gloves)

• Participate in large-scale or seasonal cleaning projects when required

• Ensure full compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role

• Hands-on experience in cleaning and maintenance for large facilities

• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment and use cleaning products effectively

• Strong organizational and team management skills

• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
