Role Overview:
The Room Attendant will ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance of guest rooms, floor corridors, and service areas, meeting the high standards of the hotel. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and floor corridors to prescribed hotel standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of pantries, service areas, and trolleys.

• Provide turndown service for guest rooms as required.

• Report necessary repairs, maintenance needs, and room discrepancies to the Shift Supervisor.

• Anticipate and promptly respond to guest requirements and requests.

Qualifications:

• Service-focused personality with a passion for hospitality.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a reputable hotel.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
