Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing team performance, and implementing effective service strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our customer service representatives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular performance evaluations for customer service representatives, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching

Create a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment that promotes employee engagement and recognition

Develop, maintain, and update customer service procedures and guidelines in line with industry best practices

Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills

Drive the achievement of customer satisfaction goals through effective strategies and initiatives
Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service supervisory role

Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated success in exceeding customer satisfaction targets
