Role Overview:
The Food Server/Waiter will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service in school canteens, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The role requires a kind, friendly, and professional demeanor to create a positive atmosphere for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders and serve promptly to guests.

• Set up and clear tables efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Assist with basic food preparation if needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience in food & beverage or food service roles.

• Basic cooking knowledge is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is an advantage.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
