Role Overview:
The Production Manager will oversee the entire manufacturing process of sandwich panels, ensuring high-quality output, cost efficiency, and adherence to production schedules. The role involves managing manpower, machinery, materials, and processes to meet operational goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of sandwich panel production.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.

• Develop and maintain efficient production schedules.

• Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials for smooth operations.

• Monitor production costs and implement cost-control measures.

• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain productivity.

• Prepare reports and maintain production records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Production Manager, preferably in sandwich panel or construction materials manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of production management, quality standards, and safety practices.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in production management software and MS Office applications.
