Dubai Holding Entertainment, a leading force in shaping Dubai’s tourism and leisure landscape, is seeking a passionate Biologist for The Green Planet. This role involves caring for plants and animals, enhancing exhibits, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a recreated tropical forest environment. The Biologist will also assist in medical treatments, nutrition preparation, public relations, and operations monitoring, ensuring world-class standards of safety, courtesy, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude, supporting the brand’s values and image.

• Actively listen to guest feedback and respond promptly and ethically to exceed expectations.

• Participate in medical treatments for plants and animals.

• Monitor Life Support Systems (LSS) operations and report to the Curator.

• Maintain and improve animal exhibits.

• Assist in preparing animal diets and nutrition plans.

• Manage guest flow and behavior courteously and efficiently.

• Suggest improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• University degree or minimum 3 years’ experience in a zoological or aquarium facility.

• Strong guest service skills with a focus on safety, courtesy, and efficiency.

• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand positively.

• Flexibility and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to work collaboratively in operational and maintenance environments.
