Contractor – People & Culture (HR Data & Operations Specialist)
Positivity Dubai , UAE

Role Overview:
Positivity® is looking for a skilled HR Data & Operations Specialist to join its Dubai Headquarters in Media City on a temporary 3-month contract. This role focuses on HR data accuracy, operational processes, and supporting learning & development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate HR data within HR systems and databases.

  • Create and update HR dashboards to provide insights for senior management.

  • Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and employee transfers.

  • Assist with HR system maintenance (HRIS) and related tools.

  • Provide operational support for benefits administration and performance management.

  • Stay updated on HR best practices, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

  • Coordinate learning and development programs, track training records, and maintain employee development plans.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR data management, analytics, or HR operations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and data reporting.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and UAE labor laws.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to work on a 3-month temporary contract.

  • Must have own visa.
