Leela’s Lunches is seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment with precision.

• Understand and communicate the unique qualities and origin of coffee beans.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with team members for smooth daily operations.

• Keep up with industry trends and continuously improve barista skills.

• Adhere to industry standards on hygiene and DM requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of various brewing methods.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Salary: AED 2,500–3,000/month (depending on experience)
