Al Jaddaf Rotana Dubai is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Waiters / Waitresses for The List Bar. This full-time role involves providing professional F&B service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.

• Greet, seat, and serve customers professionally and courteously.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to advise guests.

• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.

• Handle customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.

• Prepare for service before, during, and after shifts (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).

• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

• Actively use upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.

• Good command of English; additional language or guest service skills are a plus.

• Hands-on, positive, and pleasant attitude with a passion for service.

• Ability to thrive in busy environments and stay calm under pressure.
