Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service in line with fine dining standards.

• Be familiar with the complete food and beverage menu and promotions.

• Monitor the consistency and quality of food and beverage items served.

• Escalate any major problems or complaints to management.

• Assist colleagues to maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar fine dining role.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
