Burjline Builders is seeking a Payment Gateway Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position focuses on managing high-risk payment operations, ensuring smooth transaction processing, and supporting compliance in digital payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily coordination with banks and payment partners.

• Track transactions, settlements, chargebacks, and fraud trends.

• Support compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, and AML/KYC standards.

• Collaborate with tech, finance, and legal teams.

• Onboard and manage payment service providers (PSPs).

• Maintain records, workflows, and reconciliation data.

• Coordinate API-based payment flows and ensure KYC/AML protocols are followed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in payment operations or fintech, preferably in high-risk domains.

• Strong knowledge of UPI, payment gateways, wallets, and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with chargeback handling and fraud detection basics.

• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.

• Experience with international PSPs and gaming platforms.

• Understanding of cross-border payments and alternative payment methods (APMs).

Salary & Benefits:
