Hilton is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join the Front Office Team at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. This full-time, on-site role focuses on engaging VIP guests throughout their stay, ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences from check-in to check-out, and coordinating with various hotel departments to meet VIP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review guest arrival reports and coordinate with Housekeeping for VIP room allocations.

• Manage special room assignments and suite occupancies.

• Welcome VIP guests and escort them to Executive Lounge and rooms.

• Ensure VIP rooms meet quality standards with all requested amenities.

• Operate the Guest Relations Desk and serve as the primary contact for VIP guests.

• Communicate VIP guest requirements to all relevant hotel departments.

• Maintain inventory of guest amenities and stay informed about hotel services, pricing, and promotional offers.

• Handle daily VIP and special events, ensuring smooth execution.
