This full-time, on-site role focuses on recruiting top talent for residential and commercial real estate roles, supporting the company’s growth, and ensuring high standards in hiring and onboarding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff.

• Source and attract top-tier talent through strategic outreach, networking, and digital platforms.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and professional suitability.

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job profiles.

• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates with real estate experience.

• Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

• Uphold compliance with UAE labor laws and internal recruitment standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in real estate.

• Fluency in English and one European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian).

• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and social media sourcing.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• UAE residency or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Existing network of real estate professionals in the UAE or Europe.

• Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end property portfolios.
