Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The Receptionist will handle guest queries, manage front desk operations efficiently, and uphold Hilton’s brand standards. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work in a world-class hospitality environment, ensuring first impressions are always positive.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding reception services, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out experiences.

Address guest queries promptly and effectively.

Maintain clear communication with the Front Office Manager and Supervisors regarding guest feedback and issues.

Demonstrate a strong knowledge of room categories, rates, promotions, and hotel services.

Maximize room occupancy and use upselling techniques to promote hotel facilities.

Handle foreign currency, credit card, and cash transactions in line with hotel policy.

Comply with hotel security, fire safety, and health regulations.

Maintain proper use of front-of-house equipment and property management systems.

Support other departments when necessary and attend training sessions as required.
Skills & Qualifications:

High school certificate or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.

Positive attitude, excellent grooming, and strong communication skills.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Proficiency in IT systems; cash handling experience is an advantage.
