Jothour is hiring a full-time, on-site Waitress to join its team in Sharjah. The Waitress will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The role requires a proactive and friendly individual with barista experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per barista standards.

• Set up and clean tables before and after service.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area.

• Restock supplies, including utensils, condiments, and beverages.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

• Handle guest requests and resolve any service-related issues.

• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Barista experience is required.

• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
