This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment across rooms and common areas. The Housekeeper will also handle laundry duties, manage cleaning supplies, and provide excellent customer service to guests and staff while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in rooms, offices, and common areas.

• Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.

• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked, stored, and used correctly.

• Interact professionally with guests and staff, addressing needs promptly.

• Adhere to cleaning protocols and safety procedures.

• Support training initiatives for cleaning standards when required.

• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in laundry operations and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
