Kitopi is seeking a fast, reliable, and customer-focused Food Runner to join its front-of-house team in Sharjah. The role involves delivering food, drinks, and other items between the kitchen, bar, and dining areas, ensuring prompt service, excellent presentation, and an enhanced guest experience. This is a full-time on-site position ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests promptly and accurately.

• Ensure food temperature and presentation meet company standards.

• Assist servers with table setup, clearing plates, refilling drinks, and attending to guest needs.

• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and waitstaff to manage orders and timing.

• Keep dining areas, service stations, and runner areas clean and organised.

• Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, and service items as needed.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Handle guest requests professionally and escalate issues to servers or management.

• Support team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and carrying trays.
