Edari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to support Emiratisation hiring efforts for one of the largest semi-government organisations in the region. This is a contract role based in Dubai with an initial duration of 6 months, renewable based on performance. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging qualified Emirati talent across multiple industries and seniority levels, contributing to impactful nationalisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage Emirati candidates from entry-level to executive roles across various industries.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with Emiratisation goals and workforce planning.

• Identify and utilise relevant sourcing channels, including universities, job fairs, Emirati-focused portals, and LinkedIn.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.

• Conduct initial outreach, arrange interviews, and manage candidate communications.

• Collaborate with recruitment teams and hiring managers to align on talent needs.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, feedback logs, and sourcing metrics.

• Support employer branding efforts to attract high-calibre Emirati talent.

Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:

• 1–2 years of sourcing/recruitment experience, ideally focused on Emiratisation.

• Strong understanding of the Emirati talent market, including familiarity with family names and local educational institutions.

• Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and university partnerships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Desirable:

• Experience sourcing across government, finance, real estate, or hospitality sectors.

• Knowledge of Emiratisation programs or workforce development initiatives.
