Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records, reports, and documentation.

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including office coordination, scheduling, and document management.

Contribute to HR best practices and recruitment campaigns.
Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR tools or CRM systems is a plus.

Prior HR or administrative experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
