Admin Assistant Cum HR Recruiter
AGCO Properties Dubai , UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

  • Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records, reports, and documentation.

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including office coordination, scheduling, and document management.

  • Contribute to HR best practices and recruitment campaigns.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR tools or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Prior HR or administrative experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
